We are members of the Kennel Club Accredited Breeder Scheme, This is a scheme devised to ensure that only the best and healthiest dogs are bred from, requirements of the scheme are that all dogs used for breeding are tested for certain conditions, in the case of Hungarian Vizslas they are required to be hip scored, all our dogs are and all have been DNA profiled FURTHER DETAILS CAN BE SEEN AT; http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/item/474" target. Members of the scheme also adhere to strict guidelines issued by the Kennel Club, we fully support the Kennel Club in this attempt to improve the quality of dogs bred in the UK.
We are now qualified to implant micro chips in dogs, if you would like us to micro chip either your pup or any other dogs you have then please contact us, We charge £15 for this service which is a saving on vet's costs, unless you are local we would ask that you bring your dog to us, the benefits to the dogs are that they are generally more relaxed in a home setting rather than a vet's surgery.

Our interest in the Hungarian Vizsla stems from our hobbies which includes shooting and falconry, our other great love is walking in the New Forest where we live, so what better breed to have than the stunning and biddable Hungarian Vizsla to accompany us.
We don't show our dogs, preferring instead to let them run in the woods and enjoy our outdoor life with us - we don't have the patience to stand all day in a dog show! so if you are looking for a show dog then we might have a puppy who makes the grade but we breed primarily for working and pet homes and our breeding lines reflect this.
Our Vizsla pack currently consists of Bob our stud dog, Maya our UK bred bitch (retired) and Pipacs who we were fortunate enough to buy from Anna Ficsura of the Sugar Kennels in Hungary and Ruby who is bred on Galfrid lines.
We have also added Chulak Explorer to our household, he is a very well bred dog pup from Marie Welch of the Chulak Kennels

We bought a 16th century grade 2 listed farmhouse in 2006 in need of total renovation, this is an ongoing project and one which we enjoy - usually! we have three acres of garden and woodland in which our dogs have complete freedom when we are here and at other times they live in kennels, all our dogs come into the house and are all of very gentle and placid temperments, we have two small children aged 6 and 8 who can play safely with all our dogs. Our other interest is horses, we have Haflingers and New Forest ponies, we are New Forest commoners so run a herd of around 100 ponies and 15 cattle on the Forest.
Our dogs are fed a complete food and raw meat diet with raw vegetable to supplement it, our dogs also enjoy a whole rabbit on occasions which is very good for ensuring they don't have worms. We ensure our dogs have a natural, healthy and enjoyable life and they repay us with their loyalty and affection
